Site Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Architect to oversee architectural execution on construction sites, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and project timelines are maintained throughout the construction process. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise architectural works at construction sites.

2. Review construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

3. Ensure site work complies with approved designs, building codes, and quality standards.

4. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

5. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams.

6. Resolve architectural issues arising during construction.

7. Monitor project schedules and support timely project delivery.

8. Attend project meetings and communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

9. Verify materials and finishes according to project specifications.

10. Assist in project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 35 to 50 years

Strong understanding of retail/commercial space planning, pedestrian movement, and way finding design.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.Ability to multi-task and deliver overlapping packages under tight deadlines.Excellent design sense with strong visualization and presentation skills.Practical knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations, and commercial architecture best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Experience working in live construction sites and willing to visit outside of Dhaka project to Specially Finishing work.
