Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.

  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers and investors.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and documentation.

  • Convert inquiries and walk-in customers into confirmed bookings through effective consultative selling techniques.
