Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers and investors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and documentation.
Convert inquiries and walk-in customers into confirmed bookings through effective consultative selling techniques.
Experience
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Property Management & Preservation Services
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
- Master of Arts (MA) in Marketing
