Senior Architect And Interior Designer

Job Context: We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and experienced Interior Architect with expertise in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects from concept to completion.

Location: Bashundhara Residential - Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

• Interior design project handling and execution
• High capability for participating in a client meeting
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Building architectural Interior design
• Landscape planning and implementation
• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and BOQs
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 22 to 40 years

Experience

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray
• 3D Visualization (D5)
• Working Design & Layout Design
• BOQ Preparation
• Client Meeting
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality output
• Prepare quotations and client presentations

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Leadership and management skills are essential

• Strong communication and team coordination skills
