General Manager (Washing)

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Machine Operation:

• Preparing, loading, and unloading industrial washing machines (rotary washers). Ensure proper load size and liquor ratio to prevent garment damage.

Chemical Management & Mixing:

• Handle accurate measurement and mixing of chemicals, enzymes (cellulase), and bleaching agents (e.g., Potassium Permanganate for PP spray).

Process Execution:

• Desizing: Remove starch using amylase enzymes
• Abrasion Techniques: Execute stone wash (pumice stones) & enzyme wash

Color Modification:

• Apply bleach wash, acid wash, tint/dye processes
• Neutralization & Softening: Stop chemical reactions & ensure soft hand feel

Quality Control & Evaluation:

• Inspect garments for defects (shading, streaks, holes, back-staining). Ensure bulk matches buyer-approved samples.

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Woven Manufacturing

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At least 40 years
