Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Collect manpower requisitions.
- Prepare Job Descriptions (JD).
- Publish job advertisements.
- Screen and shortlist CVs.
- Arrange written tests and interviews.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Issue appointment letters.
Employee On boarding
- Complete joining formalities.
- Conduct employee orientation.
- Create employee files and records.
- Issue ID cards, email accounts, and access credentials.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Process leave applications.
- Prepare monthly payroll.
- Calculate overtime, incentives, and allowances.
- Manage tax deductions and statutory compliance.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Maintain workplace discipline.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Recommend promotions and salary increments.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Organize training programs.
- Support employee development initiatives.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and contracts.
- Update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure labor law compliance.
Separation Management
- Process resignations and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Complete final settlements.
- Issue experience certificates.
Administration Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations.
- Maintain office facilities and work environment.
- Ensure office safety and security.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain office assets and equipment.
- Update asset registers.
- Monitor inventory levels.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Purchase office supplies and equipment.
- Collect and compare quotations.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
Transport & Utility Management
- Manage company vehicles.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance.
- Manage utility services and bill payments.
Security & Compliance
- Supervise security personnel.
- Manage visitor control systems.
- Ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Event & Facility Management
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Coordinate facility maintenance activities.
Government & Regulatory Liaison
- Coordinate with government authorities.
- Renew licenses, permits, and statutory documents.
Sales Administration Responsibilities
Sales Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Verify order accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
Customer Database Management
- Maintain customer records and profiles.
- Update customer information in ERP/CRM systems.
Sales Documentation
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain sales records and documentation.
- Process sales-related correspondence.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Analyze sales trends and market information.
Coordination with Sales Team
- Support sales representatives and managers.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on customer requirements and order status.
Credit & Collection Support
- Monitor customer outstanding balances.
- Coordinate payment follow-up activities.
- Prepare aging and collection reports.
Customer Service Support
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Sales Forecasting & Planning Support
- Assist in sales forecasting activities.
- Prepare sales data for management review.
- Support business planning and budgeting processes.

Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy, Agro based Startup
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management
