Bancassurance Officer
Job Description
Job Purpose: Independently acquire and grow new business under the guidance and leadership of the business manager, partnering with Bank Sales staff to achieve the overall business goals [monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets] and business objectives of the assigned consumer bank.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieving annual sales target i.e., First Year Premium [FYP].
Ensure the collection of renewal premiums from the assigned bank.
Provide day-to-day business support to bank staff to close any prospective new retail insurance policy.
Closing the leads generated by the partner bank branch for Life Insurance Business.
Maintaining healthy & working relationships with bank executives and customers.
Providing timely support and service to the bank stakeholders and customers.
Provide an update on each business call to the reporting manager as soon as it happens.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
