Front Desk Executive (Receptionist)
Job Description
Receiving visitors / customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and answering phones;
Maintaining visitor & customer record, keep notes and pass them to the proper authority & maintain and upkeep the reception area;
Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person;
Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise;
Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/bills etc. & keeping record;
Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/bills from/to related courier company representatives;
Assist Admin related job as and when necessary;
Keep up-to-date with all official / business contact numbers;
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
