Software Engineer

Prediction Infotech Limited is a fast-growing technology company specializing in SaaS products, mobile applications, and secure cloud systems. We’re looking for a Software Engineer who can not only build strong software but also collaborate across teams and contribute to architecture and design decisions as we continue to scale.

 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, cloud-connected applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to turn ideas into production-ready features.
• Participate in the implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of software solutions for clients.
• Integrate and manage biometric devices and related systems with secure, real-time cloud data synchronization, working with custom SDKs for device communication and data exchange.
• Handle on-site installation, configuration, deployment & troubleshooting of biometric devices, ensuring proper setup & connectivity. 
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, deployment, and device connectivity issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to scalability, maintainability, security, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and cloud infrastructure management.
• Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Age 22 to 35 years

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• 1+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based projects.
• Strong experience in PHP (Laravel). Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or Python (Django/Flask) will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with biometric device integration, SDKs, data synchronization, hardware communication, or related technologies.
• Skilled in API development, testing, and integration using tools such as Postman.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software deployment practices.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong team player with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
