Call Center Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about properties
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/database
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Good communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing)
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
