Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about properties
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain customer relationships
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM/database
  • Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Good communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing)
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
