Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Job Description
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain guest records and update the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk documentation.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Coffee Shop
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
