Job Description

  • Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain guest records and update the hotel management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain front desk documentation.

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Coffee Shop

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
