Job Description

Patient Management & Shift Duties

  • In-Person Care: Greet and manage physical patients with care and professionalism (2 executives per shift).
  • Online Communication: Promptly respond to online patient queries, messages, and digital appointments (1 executive per shift).
  • Shift Flexibility: Work smoothly in assigned morning or evening shifts.

Patient Registration & Intake

  • Data Entry: Register new patients by collecting demographic, medical history, and contact details.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify health insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations to prevent claim denials.
  • Documentation Support: Assist patients in completing complex medical forms and consent documentation.

Medical Appointment Management

  • Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using Hospital Management Systems (HMS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Flow Coordination: Coordinate with medical staff to manage patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Emergency Triage: Perform emergency triage coordination by identifying urgent cases and alerting the medical team immediately.

Billing & Financial Transactions

  • Invoicing: Generate invoices for consultations, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Payment Collection: Collect co-payments, deductibles, and settle final bills during patient discharge.
  • Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records and daily transaction reports.

Admission & Discharge Support

  • Admission Guide: Guide patients and their families through the formal admission process.
  • Smooth Discharge: Coordinate with nursing and billing departments to ensure a smooth discharge experience.

    • Bachelor/Honors
