Senior Executive - Business Development - Enterprise A2P Sales (BFSI & MFS)
Job Description
BFSI & MFS Client Acquisition: Build and execute a strategic pipeline to secure long-term A2P SMS contracts with local commercial banks, NBFIs, MFS providers, and insurance firms for critical traffic (transactional alerts, OTPs, promotional campaigns).
C-Level Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Chiefs of IT, Heads of Alternative Delivery Channels (ADC), Procurement Heads, and CFOs.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure all sales strategies and client onboarding processes align strictly with the latest Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guidelines, central bank regulations, and local data privacy standards.
Tender & RFP Management: Lead the end-to-end process for formal corporate RFPs, bank tenders, and technical bidding, ensuring competitive pricing models that protect gross margins while meeting stringent enterprise SLAs.
Traffic & Revenue Optimization: Monitor client traffic volumes continuously to identify drops or routing issues. Work closely with clients to scale up their usage through interactive channels (e.g., Two-Way SMS, WhatsApp Business API integrations).
Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate with the internal Technical and Operations teams to ensure seamless SMPP/API integration, masking registration with local MNOs, and rapid resolution of delivery failures or latency issues affecting critical financial alerts.
Experience
- At least 3 years

Education
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
- BRAC University,North South University,IBA, Dhaka University,Independent University, Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
Strong understanding of operator and local market pricing and routing mechanisms
Ability to understand competitors’ positioning in the local market
Proven track record in enterprise sales, account management, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially in English, with a crisp, logical, and firm presentation style tailored for C-suite executives
High account ownership mindset
A self-starter who thrives under monthly revenue and volume-driven targets
