Site Supervision & Execution

• Daily Workflow: Assign tasks to plumbers, electricians, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) technicians.

• Blueprint Checks: Compare installed work against shop drawings to ensure everything fits perfectly.

• Real-Time Troubleshooting: Fix on-site technical problems quickly to keep the project on track

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Routine Inspections: Check equipment like pumps, electrical panels, and pipe networks to confirm they meet manufacturer guidelines.

• Testing & Commissioning: Witness the testing of fire alarms, plumbing lines, and electrical grids to ensure they work safely before building handover.

Safety Compliance

• Safety Rules: Ensure all workers wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Safe Work Permits: Implement "permit-to-work" systems and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for high-risk electrical tasks.

• Toolbox Talks: Hold brief, daily safety meetings with the team before shifts start.

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Building & Construction Materials

• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Electrical

• Age At least 25 years
