Personal Assistant
Job Description
The role is intended to provide day-to-day companionship, light personal assistance, coordination support, and general well-being support in a respectful and professional manner.
Spend time with the family member and provide regular companionship.
Assist with light daily coordination and personal tasks when required.
Accompany the family member to appointments, short visits, or outings if needed.
Help maintain routine schedules and provide reminders for appointments or activities.
Coordinate with family representatives when necessary, regarding schedules or requirements.
Assist with arranging appointments and maintaining personal schedules.
Coordinate with service providers or household staff when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and family-related matters.
Help organize personal documents, contact information, and important reminders.
Experience
- At least 2 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Female
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mature, patient, and compassionate personality.
High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with professionalism and sensitivity.
Basic administrative and communication skills.
Prior experience in personal assistance, client support, community work, care-giving, hospitality, administration, or similar people-oriented roles preferred.
