Job Description
Answer inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors promptly.
Provide program details: Explain tuition fees, course structures, and scholarship criteria clearly.
Campus tours: Guide prospective students and parents around the university campus.
Counsel students: Assist applicants in choosing academic programs that match their career goals.
Application screening: Review submitted forms to ensure all required documents are attached.
Verify credentials: Check academic transcripts and certificates for authenticity and eligibility.
Data entry: Input applicant details accurately into the university’s student information system.
Issue letters: Prepare and dispatch official admission, rejection, or waiting-list letters.
Outreach programs: Assist in organizing educational fairs, school visits, and seminars.
Content distribution: Hand out prospectuses, brochures, and flyers to potential applicants.
Lead management: Follow up with database leads through calls and emails to boost enrollment.
Market feedback: Report common student queries to seniors to improve marketing materials.
File management: Maintain secure physical and digital records of all applicants.
Coordinate exams: Assist in scheduling and invigilating university admission entry tests.
Liaison duties: Work with the accounts department to verify admission fee payments.
Report generation: Compile daily or weekly visitor and enrollment statistics for management.
Experience
