Executive/Senior Executive, Production

• Plan and co-ordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.

• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

• Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to management immediately.

• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activates to ensure maximum production.

• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.

• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activates.

• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.

• Develop best practice to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.

• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and drive resolutions.

• Perform any other comparable responsibilities assigned by Dept. Head or Management.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

B. Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/IPE/PME/Marine)/Diploma in Engineering(Mechanical/IPE/PME/Marine) from any reputed institution.

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Sound knowledge in AutoCAD (2D, 3D, and 3D Max), ISO, MS Office, and SAP Software.
