GM Sales
Job Description
GM is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources in order to improve the efficiency and productivity of their team members. They monitor sales reports and customer feedback to better assess the performance of their team leaders as well. They also demonstrate strong negotiation skills in order to close a sale successfully.
Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing Organization's Vision.
Have to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
Building relationships and understanding customer trends.
To lead and motivate Sales team for achieving the desired result.
To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
To identify niche customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Land, Business Development etc.).
Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
Manage potential client's pipeline effectively.
Analyzing customer feedback and reports to identify areas for improvement.
To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
Create and Manage database and align with the organizational system.
Develop and manage sales budgets.
Conduct Sales related campaigns and activation programs.
Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
Have to submit various reports to Management.
Monitor existing competitors' activities and compete accordingly.
Any other task assigned by Management related to role.
Experience
- At least 16 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 41 years
- Only Male
Premium Luxury Real Estate Portfolio candidate will get added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong presentation, client handling, and relationship management skills.
