Job Description
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Manage company Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns for travel packages.
- Develop attractive captions, content calendars, and campaign plans.
- Generate qualified leads through social media activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertising effectiveness.
- Analyze audience behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand image across all digital channels.
Experience
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Travel Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
