• Must have practical knowledge of motor rewinding.
• Must be able to read, write & communucation in English languages.
• Must have experience in motor maintenance in the textile industry.
• Must have experience in motor repair work.
• Must have knowledge of industry safety regulations.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Must have good documentation skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Must be familiar with motor related topics.
• Must be able to work in other electrical and utility fields in spare time such as maintenance.
• Any others task assign by management.

• At least 6 years
