Digital Marketing Executive - AI & Growth Marketing

Fazila Group is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team full-time remotely. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media growth, content creation, paid advertising, branding, and AI tools for marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for Fazila Group.
• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Plan and run Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Use AI tools for content creation, automation, campaign optimization, and marketing research.
• Design creative posts, reels, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Improve brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and online presence.
• Manage SEO, website promotion, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with improvement strategies.
• Work closely with management to build a strong international brand image for Fazila Group.

• At least 3 years
