Job Description

About the Role

smartLET is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the company's day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptional at maintaining records, coordinating and executing documentation, and ensuring business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with management and the Managing Directors office and play a key role in supporting administrative, operational, and HR-related activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Ensure proper organization, filing, and maintenance of company documents and records.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements and related documentation for clients.
  • Collect, organize, verify, and maintain business records accurately.
  • Track and execute company transactions, payments, invoices, and financial records.
  • Prepare, execute and maintain payments and transaction reports.
  • Execute approved payments through designated payment channels while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, employment records, and administrative HR processes.
  • Support management with data collection, reporting, and administrative analysis when required.

Experience

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. 

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 40 years
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic accounting software's. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Highly organized and dependable individual.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data, and a commitment to seeing tasks through to successful completion with precision, consistency, and care.
