Quality Assurance (QA) - Sweater Product

Job Context: Ocean Gate Ltd. is a reputed Sweater Buying House Office in Bangladesh, specializing in high-quality sweater production with innovative designs, sustainable materials.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented

QA (QUALITY ASSURANCE) to lead one of our sweater division.

ONLY SWEATER KNITTED PRODUCTS EXPERINCED CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED

Full-time: 6 days a week

Workplace: Uttara, Dhaka (Work at office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality to ensure product quality and buyer satisfaction.
• Conduct Product Quality Inspections at factories and coordinate with Quality, Production, Merchandising teams.
• Conduct Pre-Final & Final Inspections at factories and coordinate with Quality, Production, Merchandising teams.
• Prepare and implement Product SOPs as per buyer requirements.
• Need to have strong knowledge of all yarns with spinning & dyeing technology.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve all quality & production issues through auditing and control.
• Have to cover all sweater categories (layette, kids, men’s & women’s).
• Need to do proactive risk assessment for each confirmed order.
• Have to lead PP meetings internally and at factories.
• Ensure effective QUALITY ASSURANCE implementation throughout the entire process — from warehouse to shipment.
• Supervise, follow up, and monitor compliance of QA in all associated factories.
• Work closely with Technical, Development, and Production teams to achieve desired quality standards.
• Possess complete knowledge of all sweater production processes and ensure compliance and quality at every stage.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management.

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Sweater Industry

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 35 to 60 years

• Good communication in English (speaking & writing) is a must.
• Only Sweater Knitted Products Experience Is A Must.
