Job Description
Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and manpower records.
Support employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and management reports as required.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Perform any other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 years
- Only Male
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 years of experience in HR & Administration will get preference.
- Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
- Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good command of both Bangla and English.
