Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.

  • Monitor attendance, leave, and manpower records.

  • Support employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.

  • Prepare HR-related reports and management reports as required.

  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Perform any other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Education

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • Only Male
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 years of experience in HR & Administration will get preference.
  • Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good command of both Bangla and English.
