From Desk & Telesales Executive
Job Description
Front Desk Operations: Welcome corporate guests, elite investors, and VIP stakeholders with an exceptional, warm professional demeanor.
Outbound Telesales: Actively make outbound cold and warm calls to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to present luxury real estate/villa investments.
Lead Qualification: Nurture incoming digital leads from social platforms, filter client requirements, and set up appointments for the senior sales team.
Switchboard Management: Route inbound telephone calls, handle corporate mail/deliveries, and manage office correspondence efficiently.
CRM Data Entry: Systematically document call outcomes, investor feedback, and walk-in details into the company database.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, Hospitality Management, or English preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Female
- 1 to 2 years of experience in front desk reception, premium telemarketing, or luxury real estate sales.
- Flawless verbal communication and phone etiquette in both Bengali and English.
- Strong conversion skills with a persistent, target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in basic software, including MS Office and digital lead logging.
- Smart, well-groomed, and corporate-presentable appearance for front-office reception duties.
