IELTS Instructor

Biddabari IELTS is looking for passionate, energetic and qualified IELTS Instructors to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong English language proficiency, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to help students achieve their target IELTS band scores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IELTS classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, and practice activities.
• Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct mock tests and assess student progress regularly.
• Guide students on IELTS exam strategies and time management.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS test format and scoring criteria.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum IELTS Overall Band Score: 7 (+ preferred).

• Age 25 to 45 years

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Prior IELTS teaching experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students toward their target scores.
• Candidates with an IELTS Overall Band Score of 6.0–6.5 may also apply if they possess relevant IELTS teaching experience.
• Must be willing to participate in promotional videos, marketing campaigns, and other branding activities of the institution.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering engaging classes and maintaining a student-focused learning environment.
