Job Description
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.
- Provide product information and support.
- Answer customer queries and solve issues.
- Maintain call logs and follow up as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly Targets.
Working Hour: Morning 10:00 AM To 08:00 PM
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC or Bachelor's in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Only Female
- Good communication skills in English & Bangla
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant voice & good listening skills
- Previous call center experience is preferred
