Job Description
Vendor Manager (Property Maintenance)- English Medium Preferred
Effectively manage and coordinate with American clients and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze data and key performance indicators to monitor work quality delivered by vendors.
Handle client-to-vendor relationships through effective and transparent communication.
Exercise decision-making power to negotiate, onboard vendors, and ensure continuous coverage.
Resolve client complaints consistently, offering solutions to build and maintain long-term relationships.

Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Call Center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- A Level
- O Level
- Bachelor/Honors

- Age 18 to 35 years
- Only Male
Great command over English (Speaking and Writing)
