Job Description

Vendor Manager (Property Maintenance)- English Medium Preferred

  • Effectively manage and coordinate with American clients and vendors in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to monitor work quality delivered by vendors.

  • Handle client-to-vendor relationships through effective and transparent communication.

  • Exercise decision-making power to negotiate, onboard vendors, and ensure continuous coverage.

  • Resolve client complaints consistently, offering solutions to build and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Processing Work will get Preference (in Cases)

  • Communication in E-mail

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
    • A Level
    • O Level
    • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only Male

Great command over English (Speaking and Writing)
