Marketing Executive / Buyer Acquisition Executive – Apparel & Garments

Salary

BDT 100,000 – 200,000

Salary will depend on experience, buyer network, communication skills, and proven business development capability.

Job Context

A.Z. Apparels is looking for a smart, professional, and experienced Marketing Executive / Buyer Acquisition Executive for our garments and apparel business.

The main responsibility of this position is to find and develop new buyers, customers, brands, buying houses, sourcing offices, and business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and develop new buyers, customers, brands, buying houses, sourcing offices, and corporate clients.

  • Generate new business opportunities for garments and apparel products.

  • Communicate professionally with local and international buyers.

  • Present company profile, product range, production capacity, and sourcing strength to potential buyers.

  • Arrange buyer meetings, factory visits, product presentations, and business discussions.

  • Follow up with buyers regularly for inquiries, sampling, costing, and order confirmation.

  • Coordinate with internal merchandising, sampling, costing, and production teams when required.

  • Maintain strong business relationships with new and existing buyers.

  • Search for new markets and new customer opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly or yearly business development targets as discussed with management.

  • Report buyer communication, lead status, meeting updates, and order possibilities to management.

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates with strong buyer connections.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 26 years
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in garments marketing, apparel buyer sourcing, business development, export marketing, buying house, sourcing office, or related field.
  • Candidates with proven experience in bringing buyers or generating apparel business will get priority.
  • Must have authentic buyer/customer connections.
  • Candidates with running buyers or active buyer communication will get special preference.
  • Must have basic knowledge of garments, apparel sourcing, costing, sampling, fabric, trims, lead time, and order process.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good English communication skills for buyer handling.
  • Ability to work independently and bring business results.
  • Honest, smart, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong professional network in garments, apparel, buying house, sourcing, or export business will be preferred.

Special Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have

  • Running buyers or active buyer communication
  • Authentic buyer database or buyer references
  • Previous experience in bringing confirmed orders
  • Experience with foreign buyers, local buyers, buying houses, sourcing companies, or corporate customers
  • Strong apparel marketing and buyer sourcing network
  • Basic merchandising and product development knowledge

Compensation & Other Benefits

    The company offers two types of working models. Candidate may apply for any suitable option.

    Option 1: Salary-Based Employment

    Monthly salary: BDT 100,000 - 200,000 (Negotiable)

    • Salary will be finalized based on experience, buyer network, and proven capability.

    • Under salary-based employment, no separate commission will be provided unless specially approved by management.

    • Performance will be evaluated based on buyer development, business communication, and order generation.

    Option 2: Commission-Based Partnership

    • No fixed monthly salary.

    • Attractive commission will be provided against confirmed orders or successful business.

    • Commission will be discussed based on buyer type, order value, product category, payment terms, and business volume.

    • Unlimited earning opportunity based on performance.

    • Suitable for candidates who already have strong buyer connections and want to work flexibly.

    Transport Facility

    • Company may provide transportation support, including car facility for official buyer meetings, factory visits, business meetings, and other company-related travel.

    • Transport facility is condition applicable and will be provided based on business importance, meeting schedule, location, and management approval.
