Front Desk Executive
Job Description
Perform front desk duties, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and handling general inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain proper attendance records of employees and ensure accuracy in daily reporting.
Assist the HR department with interview arrangements, candidate coordination, and related documentation.
Support various HR administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining employee documents.
Prepare and issue invitation letters and assist in related documentation processes.
Organize and support office events, celebrations, and corporate programs.
Oversee and assist in dormitory management.
Maintain workplace standards in line with 6S principles and ensure front office area remains organized and presentable.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
