Job Description

  • Perform front desk duties, including receiving visitors, answering phone calls, and handling general inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Maintain proper attendance records of employees and ensure accuracy in daily reporting.

  • Assist the HR department with interview arrangements, candidate coordination, and related documentation.

  • Support various HR administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining employee documents.

  • Prepare and issue invitation letters and assist in related documentation processes.

  • Organize and support office events, celebrations, and corporate programs.

  • Oversee and assist in dormitory management.

  • Maintain workplace standards in line with 6S principles and ensure front office area remains organized and presentable.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor/Honors
