Job Context:

Savor International Limited, one of the leading exhibition organizers in Bangladesh and a key contributor to the MICE industry, is seeking a competent and proactive HR & Administration professional to join our team and contribute to building an efficient and employee-friendly workplace. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheet for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures when required.

Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management activities.
  • Coordinate office supplies, assets, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Manage employee travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation requirements.
  • Support contract management, documentation, and office security protocols.
  • Monitor utility services including electricity, water, furniture & maintenance support
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
