Savor International Limited, one of the leading exhibition organizers in Bangladesh and a key contributor to the MICE industry, is seeking a competent and proactive HR & Administration professional to join our team and contribute to building an efficient and employee-friendly workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Prepare monthly salary sheet for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures when required.
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, assets, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Manage employee travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation requirements.
- Support contract management, documentation, and office security protocols.
- Monitor utility services including electricity, water, furniture & maintenance support
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
