General Manager (HR, Administration & Compliance)
Job Description
1.Human Resources
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems aligned with labor laws.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent development and succession planning.
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, employee relations and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR records and systems.
2.Administration
Oversee office facilities, assets, transportation, procurement and security.
Manage documentation, records, corporate events and administrative operations.
Drive cost efficiency and maintain company properties and workplace standards.
3.Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Establish a compliance framework and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and governance standards.
Coordinate audits, prepare compliance reports and liaise with regulatory bodies.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
4.Leadership & Strategy
Lead HR, Admin, and Compliance teams and develop annual plans and budgets.
Advise senior management on HR strategy, governance and organizational development.
Support policy formulation, change management and strategic decision-making.
Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
Education
- Masters
Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field (PGDHRM preferred).
Additional Requirements
- Age 38 to 48 years
- Only Male
15–20 years in HR, Admin & Compliance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, real estate or large corporate groups is preferred.
