Job Description

1.Human Resources 

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems aligned with labor laws. 

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent development and succession planning. 

  • Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, employee relations and grievance handling. 

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR records and systems.

2.Administration 

  • Oversee office facilities, assets, transportation, procurement and security. 

  • Manage documentation, records, corporate events and administrative operations. 

  • Drive cost efficiency and maintain company properties and workplace standards.

3.Compliance & Regulatory Affairs 

  • Establish a compliance framework and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and governance standards. 

  • Coordinate audits, prepare compliance reports and liaise with regulatory bodies. 

  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions.

4.Leadership & Strategy 

  • Lead HR, Admin, and Compliance teams and develop annual plans and budgets. 

  • Advise senior management on HR strategy, governance and organizational development. 

  • Support policy formulation, change management and strategic decision-making.

 

Experience

  • 15 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Education

    • Masters
  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field (PGDHRM preferred). 

Additional Requirements

  • Age 38 to 48 years
  • Only Male
  • 15–20 years in HR, Admin & Compliance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Experience in manufacturing, real estate or large corporate groups is preferred.
