Senior Student Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, goal-oriented, and articulate Female Senior Student Counsellor who is an expert in UK/European education to step into a pivotal team-lead role. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, face-to-face, telephonic, and digital counseling to prospective students regarding foreign university applications, courses, visa procedures, and career paths.

• Has to meet monthly enrollment targets and deadlines. 

• Must be able to work under pressure proactively.

• Smartly follow up on student inquiries from social media, website leads, and walk-ins to achieve company enrolment targets 

• Must have the ability to actively convert prospective leads into student enrolments.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

Having an IELTS score is a significant advantage.

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, paired with strong, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly professional, well-groomed, self-driven, and confident when conducting student/parent counselling sessions.
• Solid analytical, problem solving & administrative skills to handle complex visa files & student files efficiently.
• Has to meet monthly enrolment targets and deadlines. 
• Must be able to work under pressure proactively.
