Field Reporter & Presenter

The Sports Reporter / Host will be responsible for covering sports, entertainment, lifestyle, social, viral, and other newsworthy stories, conducting interviews, presenting content on camera, and creating engaging reports for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover sports events, entertainment programs, community activities, and special assignments through field reporting.
• Present news reports, interviews, feature stories, and special segments on camera.
• Conduct interviews with athletes, celebrities, public figures, experts, and relevant stakeholders.
• Research, gather, and verify information to ensure accurate and credible reporting.
• Prepare interview questions, reporting notes, and story outlines.
• Coordinate with videographers to ensure all required footage and visuals are captured.
• Monitor breaking news, sports updates, and trending topics for potential coverage.
• Contribute creative ideas for feature stories, documentaries, and special content.
• Occasionally write news reports, scripts, captions, and digital content.
• Represent the organization professionally during assignments and public engagements.
• Work closely with editors, videographers, and production teams to ensure timely content delivery.

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Degrees in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Communication, English, Public Relations, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

• Age 22 to 30 years

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, journalism, media, content creation, hosting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or strong knowledge of sports journalism, sports reporting, and sports media will be highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and interviewing skills.
• Confident and professional on-camera presence.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of local and international sporting events.
• Strong research and content development abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and social media trends.
