Manage and grow the company`s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content, captions, and marketing campaigns.
Design basic promotional graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Utilize AI tools for content creation, marketing, and productivity.
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Create marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain online community engagement.

HSC
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

HSC / Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.

Candidates with proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing will be given preference
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
Basic Graphic Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or equivalent platforms.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising strategies.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
