Educational RequirementsAs per rules and regulations of University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC). Experience RequirementsFor Assistant Professor:With Ph.D.: At least 1 year of active teaching experience as a Lecturer.With M.Phil.: At least 2 years of active teaching experience as a Lecturer.With Master’s Degree: At least 5 years of active teaching experience as a Lecturer.For Lecturer: Teaching experience is not mandatory, but candidates with prior teaching experience in a government-approved university will be given preference.Publication RequirementsFor Assistant Professor: At least 4 (four) publications published during the tenure as a Lecturer, including at least 1 (one) as a 1st or Corresponding Author in a Scopus Indexed Journal.For Lecturer: Publications are not mandatory, but having articles in standard peer-reviewed or Scopus/WoS/ISI indexed journals will be considered an added advantage.
