Junior Executive (Audit Department)
Job Description
Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents with ERP records.
Review work orders, quotations, comparative statements, and related documents.
Check subcontract quantity and quality during delivery and receiving processes.
Conduct post-audit of supplier and subcontractor bills against approved rate sheets.
Verify various documentation, invoices, and process-related records.
Audit expenses and income of café and shop operations.
Visit suppliers and markets to ensure product quality and competitive pricing.
Monitor grocery market rates for dining operations.
Verify monthly production reports, production cards, salary sheets, overtime, holiday, and night bills.
Verify physical cash counts and related financial documents.
Conduct pre-audit of HR compliance issues according to buyers` requirements.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s degree in Accounting / Finance & Banking, from a reputed university.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Male
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Honest, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
