Job Description
Greeting & welcome visitors & students in a professional & friendly manner
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls politely and efficiently
Providing basic information about courses to walk in visitors and callers
Managing appointments, schedules and visitors records
Course fee collection, students file records, class routine maintenance.
Participating in promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns
Office time : 10:00am to 6:00pm
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Motel
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
