Job Description
- Production: Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs/batters, and monitor precise baking times and oven temperatures.
- Decoration & Finishing: Apply frostings, icings, glazes, and fillings to enhance the presentation of baked goods.
- Sanitation: Sanitize workspaces, sweep floors, wash baking equipment, and follow strict health and hygiene regulations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of ingredients (up to 50 lbs), and handle repetitive motions.
- Time Management: Capability to work early morning, late night, or weekend shifts to meet daily production schedules.
- Math Skills: Precision when scaling recipes, measuring ingredients, and adjusting batch sizes.
- Attention to Detail: Strict adherence to recipes, baking times, and food safety protocols. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of ingredients (up to 50 lbs), and handle repetitive motions.

Experience
- 1 to 5 years
