Accounts Manager
Job Description
Explorer Overseas Ltd. (RL-1745) is a licensed recruiting agency maintaining its accounts through a fully digital accounting system. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts Manager to manage daily accounts, financial records, banking, payments, reporting, and compliance-related financial activities in a professional and organized manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain all company accounts using a fully digital accounting system.
Record daily income, expenses, receipts, payments, vouchers, and financial transactions accurately.
Maintain cash book, ledger, bank book, client accounts, vendor accounts, and office expense records.
Prepare monthly income, expense, profit/loss, and financial reports for management.
Handle bank transactions, cheque preparation, deposit, withdrawal, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor client payments, vendor payments, staff salary, office bills, and outstanding dues.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing of invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and accounting documents.
Prepare salary sheets, staff payments, and other administrative financial records.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, confidentiality, and timely reporting of all financial activities.
Coordinate with management for budget planning, fund management, and cost control.
Perform any other accounts-related tasks assigned by the management.
