Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
