Manager (Sales & Marketing, Design, Optimization)

Green Power Solar Plant is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial solar sales, design & optimization. The responsibility is to drive sales, increase market share, and build strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• System designs for PV modeling projects for Rooftop including shading analysis.

• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams or panel schedules for solar electrical systems.

• Preparing PV layouts, SLD, BOM preparation, 3D/2D project modeling, Structure fabrication drawings & RFQ preparation.

• AC & DC cable sizing, earthling calculation, and string configurations.

• Establish strong customer relationships and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation, and knowledgeable about commercial products/solar.

• Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand on your customer base.

• OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business, and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

• Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Power, Solar Energy

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma in electrical or Power Engineering with 4-5 years of hands on experience in Solar related electrical project execution & Solar Installation.
