AM/DM Production (Hatchery In-Charge)

Responsible for planning and organizing day-to-day operations of the commercial chicks hatchery

Follow up & achieve the hatchability%, DIS & unhatched eggs%, cull chicks%, rotten eggs% etc.

Ensure selection of quality hatching eggs for setting in incubator

Responsible for the incubation process including setting, transfer, candling, hatching, for good quality chicks’ production

Following up on proper cleaning, disinfection, sanitation, hygiene & health, bio-security protocol for good quality production

Identify potential problems of fertility, hatchability and report to the authority

Reduce production cost of hatcheries as well as maintained standard rejection%

Follow up routine hatchery maintenance program for smooth production operation

Prepare the hatchery budget and take the approval from the Management

To ensure the proper staffing of the Hatchery and develop them to achieve the company goal

To prepare all reports & records as well as preserve also

To accomplish any other task assigned by the management time to time.
