As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Customer Experience & Sales Team and are looking for dedicated and talented Tele Sales cum Customer Care Executives to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
  • Contribute actively to achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • Confirm orders, conduct follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and reporting systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 18 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Care, Tele Sales, E-commerce, or F-commerce businesses.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bengali.
  • Clear, confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
  • Genuine interest in customer service and sales.
  • Basic proficiency in computers, internet usage, Facebook Pages, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM software.
  • Previous success in Sales Conversion or Customer Retention.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
