Store Manager

Eve Group is pleased to announce the opening of its first retail store, located at House 07, Road 20, Gulshan 1, Dhaka. The store is officially set to open in September 2026. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and build the team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

2. Manage and supervise store staff, including duty rosters and performance.

3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

4. Maintain proper stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.

5. Monitor sales performance and work to achieve sales targets.

6. Ensure products are displayed correctly and maintain store cleanliness.

7. Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports accurately.

8. Prevent theft, wastage, and operational losses.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

10. Coordinate with the head office on reports, stock, and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Prior experience at leading fashion retail brands is required (e.g., Yellow, Sara, Artisan, Spark Gear, Astorian, Amira, Sailor, L`Reve, Klub Haus, NOIR, Richman, Twelve Clothing, Dorjibari, Gentle Park, Kay Kraft, Infinity, Big boss, Cats Eye, Aarong, Ecstasy & BlueCheez).

• Passion for fashion retail and the drive to build something new.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Woven Manufacturing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 60 years
