R&D - Manager / Assistant Manager (Department Head / In-Charge)

Departments: Bangla, English, Science, Arts, Business Studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Research & Development activities of the assigned department.

• Supervise writers, editors, researchers, and academic contributors.

• Plan, develop, and execute educational and research-based publication projects.

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, originality, and standard of all academic content.

• Develop research strategies, editorial guidelines, and publication frameworks.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external subject specialists.

• Monitor project timelines, workflow efficiency, and publication schedules.

• Coordinate with Press and Factory Production teams to ensure smooth production workflow.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Distribution teams to effective planning, promotion.

• Introduce AI tools, prompt and modern research methodologies into content development processes.

• Review manuscripts, research materials, layouts, and publication drafts before final approval.

• Conduct mentoring, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

• Ensure timely completion of departmental projects while maintaining publication excellence.

• 5 to 10 years

• Masters

• Minimum Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• Candidates from reputed public universities will receive preference.

• Additional qualifications in research, publication, or educational management will be considered an advantage.

• Age At least 20 years

• 5–10 years` experience in academic publishing, research, educational content development, or editorial management.

• Prior leadership or departmental management experience will be preferred.
