Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify potential clients through telemarketing, direct marketing, and digital channels to fill the sales pipeline.

  • Project Presentations: Conduct project visits, site tours, and detailed presentations to showcase project features and benefits to prospective buyers.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate price negotiations and finalize terms and conditions in accordance with company sales guidelines to close deals.

  • Payment Coordination: Prepare payment schedules, collect booking money, and follow up on installments and down payments.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing promotional events, sales fairs, and digital marketing campaigns to increase project visibility.

  • Market Intelligence: Perform regular competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends to provide data-driven advice to management and clients.

  • Database Maintenance: Manage and update a systematic database of client contacts, call records, and follow-up actions.

  • Post-Sales Support: Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or re-orders.

  • Query Handling: Respond promptly to client inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person visits to maintain a professional brand image.

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for supervisors, tracking progress against set targets.

Experience

  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
