Executive Officer (Machineries Sales & Marketing)

Job Context

Monpura Group, a sister concern MG Machineries Corporation, is looking for some young dynamic and enterprising Executive Officer. Having 1 (One) year experience in machinery sales with similar position.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be interested to work in Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Router Machine, Wood working & Other Machineries.
• Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning develop and implementing sales operation and product promotions, Branding and events.
• Collecting regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
• Building strong network in the segment of traders and end-users.
• Minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
• Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
• Collect regular market data, feedbacks & report to Head office;
• Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Graduate / Diploma in any Subject

• Age At least 24 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• Experience in Machineries sales and Marketing and local candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing and Telesales.
• Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Must be interested in working in your own district
• Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Salary Range

• 15,000-20,000 (Plus Commission, TA, DA, Mobile Bill)
