We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Software Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products. As a Technical Software Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, prioritizing features, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on understanding market demands, gathering customer feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Spaceship is transforming traditional real estate by building a network of storage, co-warehousing, and co-working hubs in Singapore. We are also building a platform of micro-urban fulfillment centers located within the local community that enables businesses to store retail inventory, operate day-to-day, fulfill e-commerce orders, and deliver products to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.

  • Identify business opportunities and translate them into product requirements.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.

Product Development

  • Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with software development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.

  • Ensure timely delivery of product releases and feature enhancements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

  • Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to management.

  • Align business goals with technical feasibility and resource availability.

Technical Leadership

  • Understand software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

  • Evaluate technical solutions and provide product direction to engineering teams.

  • Support integration planning and system optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor product performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Product Performance & Analytics

  • Define product KPIs and success metrics.

  • Analyze product usage data and customer feedback.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and product adoption rates.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Education

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, ERP, or Enterprise Software products.
  • Professional certifications such as: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • PMI-ACP
  • Product Management Certification

Technical Skills:

  • Product Roadmap Management

  • Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
