Job Description

  • Maintain recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portal postings.

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.

  • Manage monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy through coordination with the central payroll team.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, maintain employee records, monitor attendance and leave management, and ensure overall HR compliance.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and other regulatory requirements, including the management of disciplinary actions, employee relations, and grievances.

  • Develop and maintain HR, Safety & Environment manuals, SOPs, guidelines, forms, and checklists aligned with HSE policies.

  • Arrange, conduct, and maintain records of employee orientations and training programs for all levels, ensuring compliance with legal and audit requirements.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Education

  • BBA / (MBA) in Human Resource Management or Business Graduate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools.

  • Candidate must be a resident of Uttara, Dhaka or nearby areas.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
