Sr.Executive- HR
Job Description
Maintain recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and job portal postings.
Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Manage monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy through coordination with the central payroll team.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, maintain employee records, monitor attendance and leave management, and ensure overall HR compliance.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and other regulatory requirements, including the management of disciplinary actions, employee relations, and grievances.
Develop and maintain HR, Safety & Environment manuals, SOPs, guidelines, forms, and checklists aligned with HSE policies.
Arrange, conduct, and maintain records of employee orientations and training programs for all levels, ensuring compliance with legal and audit requirements.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Education
BBA / (MBA) in Human Resource Management or Business Graduate
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools.
Candidate must be a resident of Uttara, Dhaka or nearby areas.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
