Manager - Marketing And Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a "Gelatin" Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the food, medicine, and cosmetics Industry. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of executing successful digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

The candidate will have proven experience in B2B ingredient industries such as food, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or collagen Sales, consultative selling, and managing Bangladesh clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gelatin & Collagen Idea: The incumbent must have working experience in renowned B2B ingredient industries such as food, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or collagen.

• Gelatin & Collagen Industry knowledge: They should have an understanding of the applications of gelatin (food, medicine, cosmetics) and market- related knowledge and experience.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Management Report: Regularly report to the MD by preparing regular report sheets – Managerial capability for office management.

• Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end promotional campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and offline channels.

• Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, customer behavior, and market trends to find new growth opportunities.

• Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (KPIs), and deliver actionable ROI reports.

• Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, while collaborating closely with Sales and Product departments.

• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure aligned business execution.

• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market presence.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Age 30 to 45 years.

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales.

• Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Preference will be given to candidates proficient in the Chinese and English languages.
